The entire process was extremely professional. From the reservation, online documentation, inspection technician, report presentation.... It really was a perfect inspection process. I learned a lot about my house, and feel much more confident in my purchase now that Norway Hill Home has inspected it.

I am the kind of person who likes to get everything done in one stop.

I'm doing a VA Loan and I needed the following inspected: VA Pest, Radon Air, Septic, and the Home itself.

Sooooooooo... the inspection went well. These guys are very professional, very approachable, and extremely polite.

The detailed report they give you at the end (on top of goodie bags halfway through the inspection containing water and pretzels among other things) is as detailed as it can possibly be. They go over it and of course, send you a copy via email. EVERYTHING they inspect will have a picture in the report with little red arrows pointing to areas of concern (should they find any).

But let me talk about the most incredible thing that happened....

They had to first, find my septic tank. I'm buying in Grantham and there had to be about 2 feet of snow on the ground (minimum). They found it and they dug to get to it. I want to say it was about 20 degrees outside. Then they went down the hill, tromping through snow, found the leech field, and dug three more holes.

These guys dug through the cold, hard ground in 20 something degrees and let me tell you, by the time they were done, they were sweating something fierce. This was NOT an easy thing they did. But they did it, and then gave me a college level course on the inner workings of my septic system and it's current condition in layman's terms.

Just amazing. Took off their shoes to walk around the inside. Respectful. Funny (at times). What else can I say?

If you're looking for a home inspection team, just STOP. Trust me. You've found them.
